Initial Consultation
All new clients begin with an initial consultation, which serves as an intake session to assess goals, preferences, and overall fit. This session provides an opportunity to establish rapport, review boundaries and expectations, and determine whether continued work together is appropriate.An intake fee is required at the time of booking to reserve this appointment and support preparation for the session. Payment for the intake fee is accepted via select electronic methods, including Cash App and Bitcoin. In limited cases, approved digital gift cards may be accepted. Please indicate your preferred payment method during your inquiry, and relevant details will be provided.For in-person consultations, any remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment and should be provided in cash.If the intake session includes specialized services (such as Hellenic Studies) or requires travel, applicable fees are collected at the time of booking. Fees associated with specialized services are non-refundable and non-transferable, as they involve advance scheduling and dedicated resources.This intake process is intended to promote clarity, informed consent, and a professional therapeutic environment for both client and provider.
